So its been a while since i posted any updates, so decided to give an update.
Hubby has a couple of days where he felt ok, and seemed normal ish. It was lovely while it lasted. He is now having a couple of hours where he isnt feeling to bad and then he goes down hill, he said he cant explain it but i feel ok one min and the next i feel so ill, and feel very sick. Hes felt so ill he feels he needs to go to bed, and then he will sleep for hours on end. Now the drs are still saying hes only got a fatty liver (he was diagnosed with it over 2 years ago with no signs ,they discovered it when he was taken in with a chest infection ,sharing that for those who dont know ). And yet he is very ill with all signs of cirrhosis..Hes not been given an appointment to see the liver consultant because the liver consultant has said there is no point in seeing hubby because he doesnt think hubby will give up the drink and sees it as a waist of both their times, i told the dr that the consultant doesnt know that with out talking to him.
So now hes also found out hes got COPD, so thats affected both lungs, plus his right lung has scaring and has collapsed. His lung consultant i think escaped from the nut house, because she was rushing his appointment, gave him an inhaler to use till we managed to get his script, and as we were leaving the consultancy room, i said to him do you have that pump (because hes not just got H.E but he also had a bleed on the brain) So hes very forgetful. He said no i dont know where it is, she said oh i took it because its just a dud, she then said ok its time to go rushing us out the door, so because i cant find information on copd to give to you ill have to post one to you, hes not been told what stage its at, or even suggested she is going to see him again, its disgusting the way hes been treated.
So im dealing with that but also dealing with the death of my dad, he died last thursday.(13th august, so havent been on here), he was married to what i called the wicked step mother, i fell out with my dad years ago and i wrote him many letters and he never replied so i persumed he was still angry with me and stopped after the 4th letter, i have recently found out his wife would get up before him and tear the letters up before he could read them, and he never knew about them, She and her kids (my dads as well) have kept the funneral secret of when and where its going to be ,so myself and my siblings from my dads first marriage wouldnt be able to attend the funneral. Im so heart broken , i just cant understand how someone can be so nasty.
