Lung Transplant Survey Request

Hi Everyone

Its been a while since I posted on this site - my mum had a very scary few months in hospital after receiving a lung transplant. Since then things have been progressing slowly in the right direction. As I come from a med-tech background and not working I would like to do something positive to help the transplant community. I would like to explore how smart technology can help with monitoring for transplant patients. To kick off I am conducting some research, if you are a lung transplant patient and have 5 mins I would be grateful if you could complete my survey below:
