Desperately Needing your advice. Please help if you can..

Hello, Sir/Mam, If you would be so kind..If you know any treatment, whether it be the standard orthodox treatments or any alternative treatments that you could suggest to me, that has worked for you or a love one or you think would be helpful..If you would be so kind, please share it with me..I am a caregiver for my mom..She needs a lung transplant to survive..She has both pulmonary hypertension, and Copd..The main problem is the pulmonary hypertension..She is on a respirator 24/7 am hoping to give my mom a reprieve, and hopefully that will allow us to be put on a waiting list for a lung transplant. She is taking the standard medicine that is given to Pulmonary Hypertension patients...Any advice that can alleviate my mom's condition for awhile so she can buy some time, I will be eternally grateful for any suggestions/advice that you may feel could help me in achieving the goal of buying time for my mom...Anything,that you feel could help will be greatly appreciated very much ..Thank you very much..Elbert

Hi pooney none of us are able to give advice you want as none of us are medically trained sorry. The only advice I can give is see your m gets a healthy diet and lots of loving support. Have a word with your mom's GP or nurse see what options she has. Do sorry I couldn't be more helpful, do please keep us updated and you know where we are if you need to chat. Like Bernadette says above we can’t really make medical suggestions. I’m assuming your mum is on the transplant list so all I can suggest is keeping her condition as well as can be expected with a nutritious diet to give her strength to have the best outcome for her operation.
