What changed: I am not sure, but I started doing a Epstein Barr Protocol with quite a few things as well as drink almond milk with
collagen
protein powder and small amount of maca and carob.

Update and has anyone tried Collagen for pain ?
Now, this leads me onto
Collagen
2. Heard it is suppose to be good for RA and pain, especially the chicken / turkey variety for cartilage! Not great as I only eat fish. I would love to hear your views.... Let me know if anyone has given this a go!

Knee replacement
I was told by a physical therapy friend eating geletin can actually build
collagen
in between joints. So I made some low sugar jello. When I eat it my knee doesn’t bother me but on days I don’t eat it seems my knee hurts. Am I imagining things?

OSTEOPOROSIS
I am considering adding a
collagen
and Zinc supplement which was suggested on line to help with bones. I am anxious about no treatment, particularly since I sustained a compression fracture at the T-12 almost 6 years ago due to trauma.

Scar like this!
My GP says it is an overgrowth of tissue that occurs when too much
collagen
is produced at the site of the wound. It is called a ‘Keloid scar’. He said to try putting ‘Bio oil’ on it, which I am now doing....

Things To Know About Vitamin C:
The amount of
collagen
decreases with the passing age due to factors like sunlight, smoking habits and inflammation. As the
collagen
production slows down, vitamin C works as a booster for increasing the production of

My running story - APScotland
After a run these days, I take some hydrolysed
collagen
in a cup of tea to help rebuild my knees and other joints, and often have a hard-boiled egg from one of our lovely hens for a quick burst of protein. Then I'll chop up some fresh fruit and eat it in porridge.

3rd Ablation 1st With Dr. Natale
They used the
collagen
plugs so my bed time was only 2 hours so I only needed one dose of pain inhibitors. Became coherent in recovery around 3:30 and back to my room by 4:00. Up and walking around by 4:30. Going back to hotel today and fly home Monday or Tuesday if I can’t get my flight changed.

Question about New Pain(s) with CPS
I also tried hypnosis, creative visualization, meditation, massage, taking l-arginine, horse chestnut, steroid injections, apple cider vinegar and aloe vera as well as various vitamins and
collagen
protein drinks. Pentoxyfll keeps pain at bay, but not entirely.
