Double check the ingredients!
As I think it would be very easy to pick up a drink like this and not even check the ingredients 🤮 https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/food-and-drink/marks-and-spencer-vegetarian-juice-beef-
collagen
-vegan-super-waters-protein-a8872866.html On a plus side M and S now do vegan hot cross buns!

Indented cheek scar
What I'm left with now is an area of indented scarring that is not healed to normal skin level, likely due to how deep I picked and dug at it, resulting in tissue/
collagen
loss. Coupled with the indent, the redness still remains which makes it stand out 10x more.

Some down to earth advice needed please!
I'm a bit gullible and tend to try anything I read about so am currently taking L-Glutamine,
collagen
powder and have just ordered some quercetin- all of which are meant to help the gut and inflammation. I also take vits C, B and D and zinc.

Combined ascorbic acid and T3 produce better healing compared to bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in an Achilles tendon injury rat model
AA + T3 also showed the highest
collagen
I and the lowest
collagen
III values compared to all other treatments including the CTRL. Conclusion There are potential benefits using a combination of AA and T3 to accelerate tendon healing.

Coagulation is a result of platelet activation, especially in the presence of
collagen
, and vascular inflammation, particularly a process called endothelial activation where the layer of cells lining blood vessels becomes hyper-reactive,
collagen
‘weeps’ out and the activated platelets stick to it.

How I Conquered Heart-Disease and What I Have Learned in the Process
Humans cannot synthesize
collagen
which is critical in the repair of human tissues. This is especially important for people who exercise a great deal as exercise, in spite of its significant benefits, still triggers inflammation. In the absence of
collagen
, the body produces more cholesterol.

Study on anti prostate cancer properties of honey
Most notably, each of the three honeys and the sugar-only mixture reduced cell adhesion to
collagen
I by 90%. With the exception of quercetin, phenolic compounds did not reduce adhesion.

Glycation - Atherosclerosis, Cancer, Diabetes, Aging, Alzheimers and Cataracts
Wrinkles on your skin are an example of the glycation of
collagen
in your body. Aside from avoiding certain foods, you can fight AGEs and the glycation process by consuming foods high in antioxidants such as fruits - especially blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, oranges and apples.

How to measure RANK/L and OPG serum levels?
After further research, it is evident that the mechanism by which vitamin A resorbs bone cannot be measured by CTX (it has nothing to do with
collagen
fragments) but it CAN be measured by RANKL and OPG levels. So, this is my only chance of a diagnosis.

Knee replacement
I was told by a physical therapy friend eating geletin can actually build
collagen
in between joints. So I made some low sugar jello. When I eat it my knee doesn’t bother me but on days I don’t eat it seems my knee hurts. Am I imagining things?
