2nd day
Good morning. I just came back from my walk. I gave my legs a good stretch at the track. And there are a couple other women there as well, so I am not the only riser going haha. I have couple of appointments one is the cognitive behavioral therapy starting today. I am really nervous about it.

Got diagnosed with EDS but my current neurologist doesn't believe it- anyone else with an abnormal EEG and cognitive impairment?
I'm new here.. but not sure if I'll be staying :/ So I've been struggling with
cognitive
impairment
for 2 years now. It started out with loss of notion of time and memory loss with a weird neck/head pain that they called tension. I was diagnosed with migraines at first but it didn't quite fit.

Scared and wondering what's next?
They did a bunch of tests and told me I have mild
cognitive
impairment
. My first indication of possible neurological problems was that I lost my sense of smell. Then my son noticed I was having memory problems. Now I am going for work ups by a ENT DR and a assessment by a shrink.

New Member. Annjulia aged 70
I have suffered from RLS for thirty years. I have been taking 1.05mg pramipexole each day for the past 5 years and am now suffering from augmentation. My doctor has suggested I stop taking pramipexole but has given me no advice as to how to come off the drug. I have cut the dose by 0.35mg and my RLS

Association Between ADT and Risk of Dementia.
A paper last month reported: "Increased risk of
cognitive
impairment
in patients with components of metabolic syndrome." [2] While there are no studies that would convince the scientists in this group, there are 180 PubMed hits for <polyphenols dementia>.

Anyone tried mindfulness?
Was just reading finnish newspaper. According to studies mindfulness can be as effective as antidepressants and pain killers. Tho it requires persistence same way than exercising. According to the test quoted it requires 45 minutes 5 to 6 times a weeks to really benefit from it as it does not

Grateful for New Memory Health Group
He suggested that my symptoms were reflective of MCI known as Mild
Cognitive
Impairment
, a memory disorder not related to age or intellect but in the non-progressive group meaning that I have not in 20 years developed any degree of dementia or Alzheimer's.

I'm New Here.
And was diagnosed in August 2013 with Mild
Cognitive
Impairment
. I don't think that it has progressed and wondered if anyone has had a similar experience. I'm 76 years young and am not sure if my forgetfulness is age-related or part of MCI.
