Does anybody else suffer from hyperawareness?I've had it for years and always comes on when stressed.I've had cognitive therapy but was told I have health anxiety which I don't really agree with.I don't know anybody else who suffers with it and makes me feel isolated.

Don't ever feel isolated with your struggle, there's many fellow sufferers here who will completely relate to you, we're all in the same boat, it's a very difficult thing to overcome, but recovery is possible and people do regain their happiness, hang in there, keep up with therapy, meds etc and try youtube vids for extra reassurance, check out, David Daish, Dr Claire Weekes and Barry Mcdonagh for starters, they've all been a life saver for me in the past, :-) xxx
