Dealing with Insurance companies is exhausting!
I do not care how much brain fog or
cognitive
impairment
I may have, that is simply ridiculous. I called my case manager ! Or write as I keep those records, she responds with that is the contract. So I insist on a manager and just spell it out. She is now looking into it.

Scared and Losing my Mind
I'm in my early twenties, due to graduate very soon. I'm living in Scotland but I am not from around here. My final exam is in two weeks but I have terrible anxiety and panic attacks. I can't stand the thought of having to wait two more weeks before leaving. I want to leave and go back home now/ as soon

Stress and PBC
Hi everyone, I thought I'd ask the question as to how stressed we are feeling with PBC? I've been battling with work stress for a year now. I'm wondering if the PBC makes the stress worse? I find I'm very emotional and find even little stressor send me into a state of panic and anxiety. I've been doing

Morning. My wife found this one...
To all my community friends. Late starting today. Many posts to read and replies to make. But first, Last night as I sat comatose on the sofa, Tricia was surfing the "streaming channels" we get from the Roku box that substitutes for cable / satellite TV we can not afford. She came across a whole channel

Advice re next steps
Hi folks, I'm debating different courses of action following recent blood tests, and would very much appreciate your experienced input, if you can spare the time, as to the best one. I've had a range of symptoms (summary below), some for over a decade, but no abnormalities in blood & reflex investigations
