CBT for chronic lupus pain?
I’m having the worst flare I’ve ever had and it’s been uncontrolled for nearly three years. It’s getting worse not better and I have extreme joint pain at night. It’s stopping me from doing lots of normal activities and making most of what I do painful. I’m trying to get help through rheumatology, and

Panic dosorder
Hello can anyone tell me, does cognitive behavioral therapy really work for panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and agoraphobia? I start therapy tomorrow and I’m hoping it works. I’m terrified I’m stuck like this forever.

After OC sleep problems
Hi Ladies, I know this is probably a trivial problem compared to the situations many of you are going through right now, but you were so lovely when I was in need of help and advice last time, I hoped you could help with a small issue. I am asking on behalf of my Mum (early 70’s) who was treated with

Cognitive impairment and anhedonia after whiplash: what should I do?
I am new here. I had a whiplash in January due to a sudden and unexpected stop of the car in which I was a passenger.
