PERICARDITIS: Does anybody have any answers???
I was very ill, in hospital for 2 weeks and off work for 4 months due to pneumonia and PERICARDITIS in 2015. Looking back, the symptoms had started 2/3 months earlier but I ignored them! No cause was officially found but in the end they drained the excess fluid from my heart sac. I was discharged but

Hiya.. I was diagnosed via lap a few yrs ago, I've had two laps and six months of prostap injections. The last lot of injections would have taken me to December last year.. Pain after laparoscopy
I had my first laparoscopy 9 days ago for excision surgery of deep infiltrating endometriosis. Luckily it wasn’t too extensive but they told me they couldn’t get it all as it has infiltrated deeply into my womb. I had a deep adhesion attaching my womb to my bowel and some smaller patches on my ovary.

I'm totally at my wit's end. I live in Northern Ireland. I have endometriosis, waiting to go for laparoscopy. Have been on waiting list from September 2018- (10months now) Painful periods, extremely heavy bleeding I am taking so much co-codamol that I am so tired and spend half of the day out of it.

MEDICATION ADVICE
First off this is quick and simple but want to apologise for any comments I don’t reply on. What is ok to take with 10mg weekly patches? And or also do you think that taking co-codamol 30/500 4 times a day, seemed to work in some ways

Pain clinic fail.....😖 (long rant sorry)
I had an appointment with the pain clinic consultant last week after being seen by his registrar to get my pain medication sorted out. I’ve had chronic pain since a spontaneous Sacral fracture five years ago. I take Naproxen, Nortriptyline, Co-Codamol and Butrans patches. These had all been prescribed

experiences of Steroid injections and Turmeric
Has anyone had any experience of a steroid injection? I have been suffering from sciatica for 6 weeks ( missed the vasculitis AGM because of it! ) . After a very difficult first few weeks, I was making good progress, although still not pain free and having the usual symptoms of nerve irritation, tingling

Alternative for migraleve?
Hi, can anyone recommend a good otc product for migraine that works. I have had migraines for many years and have always relied on migraleve which worked well enough for me so that I often didn’t even need the follow up yellow tablet. However it has been unavailable for months now and the pharmacies

Ibuprofen patches?
I am on aspirin and Anagrelide, does anyone know if it would be ok to use an ibuprofen/anti-inflammatory patch on my very painful arthritic knees? Lap came back normal, what now?
Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on this. I've had problems with my period for years and years now (I'm 26) and have tried various treatments. The pill/mini pill gave me terrible side effects, the mirena coil didn't work, various painkillers including Diclofenac, Mefenamic acid, Naproxen
