New treatment
2 weeks ago I had liver ablation to remove 3 tumors on my liver. 2 were responding to treatment (anastrozole and kisqali for HER2 neg) and 1 was not. Surgery went well. Biopsy showed that the growing tumor was triple negative. Seemingly the other 2 (breast and hip met) are still HER2 negative. Anyone

Protection from Coronaviruses That Haven’t Yet Emerged
To paraphrase Ozzy Osbourne, pandemics can spring up without warning. Although 101 years separated the most recent, truly global pandemics - the H1N1 virus killing tens of millions of people from 1918 to 1920 and SARS-COV2 killing an estimated 14.8 million people in 2020-21 alone https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

I came up with that after reading
clinical
trials
, protocols used, and many papers, books, case studies and the personal expression of those on this forum as well as my personal experience. I utilised many personal trials.

Can you do too much exercise?
I wonder if any one else has the same experience as me. We all know how important exercise is for neurological conditions so I followed the conditions of a randomised American clinical trial comparing aerobic training with balance training. The participants spent 30 minutes five times a week for four
