Hello,

There are several trials underway looking at Lutetium as an alternative to chemotherapy. There are also a few comparing Lutetium to chemotherapy. In other words, which one is more effective. Go to “clinical trials.gov”. Put in he area where you live and search under Lutetium or Pluvicto. Good luck!

try do FDG Scan it will you tell you about non-PSMA . If you have anything related to non-PSMA then pluvicto will not work.

Pluvicto only works for PSMA positive that’s can check using PSMA PET Scan

Do you mean to say that if any PCa cells do not express PSMA, even a small percentage, one cannot use Pluvicto at all?

Sorry I did not mean that.

I am not doctor but here is my understanding

Pluvicto works great for bone metastasis—that is, whatever shows up on a PMSA PET scan. However, many times, Pluvicto does not work for anything that did not show up on a PSMA PET Scan.

To get the best results, predications are important to do from FDG and PSMA PET Scan.

Just to clarify, Pluvicto does not work great. It is effective in about 38% of the population. That is a pitiful response. I expect though the you meant it is more effective on bone mets than lymph?

Over a year and a half ago, I was enrolled in a study at Dana Farber, LuPSMA177. As luck would have it I was accepted and had not gone through Chemo. Completed all 6 infusions.

It's been over a year and a half. PSA started to slowly rise. So LuPSMA177 was not durable for any length of time for me. I have since moved onto BAT.
