Now after discussion with the IVF doctor and mostly from our own research, my next IVF treatment will be 100mg baby aspirin, 40ml clexane, 200mg plaquenil, 10mg prednisolone. The doctor also want to introduce Intralipid.

I’ve posted the pictures of my bruising from clexane injections and aspirin daily. Would you say judging by the pictures it’s getting better or getting worse? Lump is still the same. Midwife said to get it checked out if it doesn’t seem to be healing.

crinone gel...while I am pleased at this and he actually explained that prednisolone can be harmul to the baby😯for some strange reason I am anxious at no drugs...does anyone have success stories of fully natural fets ..as this is our last shot I want to be doing everything we can..he happy to prescribe clexane

Hi, I’ve been taking aspirin and self-injecting 80mg of Clexane daily due to high maternal BMI. I had to previously inject clexane for 2 weeks after a c-section and had some slight bruising but nothing like I’m having at the moment. This is after only a week.

Headaches, vision blurry, livedo, can’t think, etc..they want me to wait until Tuesday before I start the Clexane. Has anyone had this happen & is it safe for me to be off all meds. Designer16

Ok, ladies who have been doing fragmin or clexane for a while, any top tips? They’re little stingers of injections but at least they’re a pre-filled syringe this time so no drawing up and mixing! I know it’s going to bruise my tummy but... Will it bruise less if I ice it?

This is a 2 to 3 week trial of (low molecular weight) heparin such as Clexane or Fragmin (I usually use subcutaneous ‘Fragmin’ 5,000 – 10,000 units daily). This usually gives a clear idea of whether more substantive anticoagulation is likely to work.

Hi ladies, I had my egg collection yesterday, which was no where near as bad as I thought it'd be The Clexane injection however?! Ho-ly sh*t!! Why does it sting so much?! And how long will I have to take them?!

I've booked an appointment with the gp to get extra clexane just incase she delays my 12 week scan and I run out of clexane on the mean time.

The pregnancy hasn’t been a simple one with my lupus flaring so also on steroids as well as Azathioprine, Aspirin and clexane. My joints have been getting increasingly stiff especially my hands making simple things hard. Just wondering if anyone had any things I can try while pregnant to help? R x

And should I have gone for the aspirin since I declined it this time, since I was on clexane and have no blood clotting issues? Just thinking out loud really but any suggestions welcome!xxx

Quick question, does anyone get sore and bruises with clexane injections? I've been on them for 5 months and struggling to find a injection area without a bruise or sore spot.

I’ve had to inject myself with the clexane for the last three days (a new skill I didn’t really want to learn) and start back on the apixaban tomorrow. Apologies if you didn’t read my post last week and this all makes no sense but don’t have the energy for more at the moment.

Hi all- does anyone have an experience of being on clexane and aspirin and it causing a small clot?

The clexane has brought on two bleeds in her legs an then a nurse on the evening of the 1st August injected clexane into her still distended abdomen right into her muscle which then caused a massive hematoma bringing with it terrible pain and further swelling to her abdomen.

However... this mornings test is lighter than yesterday AM and PM and I’m pretty sure it’s a fail again 😢😢😢😢 Why do my embryos not stick... this is with steroids and clexane this time 😢 Don’t know how to break it to hubby now

Clexane at just because there Factor v Leiden heterozygous.

Prednisolone and clexane are new this time so hoping they help! Not telling my hubby because I’m hoping to surprise him on Saturday for his birthday. Wondering if that is a mistake though as it will still be so early only 7dp5dt and could still end up a chemical....? OTD is Monday Xx
