Ten years on - if only I knew then, what I know now. (warning - long post)
My
chiropractic
adjustments are far more helpful. People say that everything happens for a reason and that something good will come of it, well after 10 years I can now say that lots of good things have come out of this ordeal.

Chiropractor love 💕
So I have been gingerly hovering by the IC this week, not sure whether to sit there or not since running on Tuesday morning and getting awful pain underneath the middle of my left foot. There's been a lot of pain relief and RICE but I literally couldn't weight bear on wed and Thurs. My GP suspected

HELP! weird buzzing parathesia sensation in limps when trying to relax and sleep!
I was clinically diagnosed anxiety, OCD, panic disorder several years ago and something I've had since I was 15 years old. (now 45) Episodes would come and go through the years and I just learned to battle through them. All has been good as for 6 years been on effexor xr 37.5mg but was weaning myself

Newbie and Statin pain
Hello, I am new to this site. I stumbled on it while researching statin pain. In the past few weeks I started feeling excruciating pain in my hips to the point where I have serious difficulty walking and going up and down steps. My chiropractor thinks it is a muscle issue. I'm wondering if it is from

Backtracking to see if old symptoms were beginning of PMR...
Neck tightness/muscle spasm and my cervical spine being out of alignment sometimes caused migraine headaches - these were controlled WELL with
chiropractic
- in fact, there were times I walked into the office almost in tears and left pain free, but, I digress.

Sacroiliac area and groin pain ( I cannot lie down or sit)
Hello, I put off going to bed until I am utterly exhausted as I cannot lie down, sitting is equally painful and limits the distance I can travel. I have had so many nerve blocks and a denervation's that I have lost count. The GP prescribes Tramadol which does not help at all and I am on an anti inflammatory

Learning my limits... How to listen to my body? Several questions / mixed bag!
Well controlled with
chiropractic
visits for the past 15 years.. (Oddly enough THAT pain vanished when I started steroids... My guess is that it got rid of inflammation so the back and neck pain ceased. )This month, the back pain is whimpering a little bit here and there.... And I wonder - just me?

Get your head and neck checked
I booked a appointment privately with a
chiropractic
lady. After my assessment it was confirmed that my headaches were related to my spine. I'm still undergoing treatment but have started to feel better.

Hey all, I've been living with anxiety for a month short of three years. I always avoided it or wouldn't seek treatment. I would just check in every now and then and make sure I wasn't dying and be on my way. (Still crippling my life at the time) This last time I've been dealing with anxiety, I'm over

Hello , I am new to this group so please forgive me if my post reads like war and peace! As I only found this site a few days ago in a desperate attempt to find some help and support after suffering from chronic back pain for past 9 months . I have previously had back surgery in 1994 for microdiscectomy

Pain 10 months after Spinal Epidural
Can this forum please Dvise. I had a Spinal Epidural 10 months ago and I am suddenly experiencing pain in my back going down the back of my leg. Does this mean it is wearing off? Also would it be best to see a Physiotherapist or go to a Chiropractor. Thank you for any advice.

Hello everyone
I am currently having private physiotherapy and
chiropractic
with a little success (maybe) but it is costing an arm and a leg. Muscles and trigger points are definitely involved. I'm interested to learn if anyone has found suitable seating, underwear, sportswear etc.

Pain in kidneys
The pain may not be your kidneys, even with only 16% kidney function (which I have) the pain is often dull and not frequent. It may be worth seeing a massage therapist, or chiropractor, I go to a Chinese Medical practice, for back a shoulder therapy, the staff know a lot about the body's anatomy, they

My Story
Hello everyone! Thought I would share my story as it seems to be very different to everyone else. When I was 16 I was involved in a bus accident. For years and years I have suffered with a bad back and neck (I need to see a chiropractor every 4 weeks) which has really hindered my life. Things changed

Some good news....for now!
A quick background of my journey.... I was diagnosed with PMR in April 2015. Started at 20mg of prednisone, and except for a short flare at 7.5 and going back to 10 (I was traveling to Asia) I am now down to 4.5 mg with no consequence. I reduced .5 mg every 2 weeks. I had stiff neck a couple of weeks

Sharp itch in feet
I have been having a sharp itch in my feet particularly at night time. It is in my instep so I have been doing the best I can using the edge of the mattress as a scratching post during the night. I also resort to standing on the cool tiled bathroom floor during the night but as I have high insteps,
