Relative risk for secondary bone marrow cancer within 5 years after initial CLL chemoimmunotherapy treatment (typically BR or FCR)
In countries where targeted therapies ('brutinibs, venetoclax, obinutuzumab/rituximab) are now available, the remaining reason that FCR (Fludarabine+Cyclophosphamide+Rituximab) is still sometimes recommended for the treatment of CLL is that it can be curative* about 55% of the time - but [u]

POST PROSTATECTOMY RECURRING PSA DIAGNOSED BY PSMA PET #1: ARE PSMA PETS #2+ THEN LIMITED OR DENIED TO CONFIRM CONTINUED PSA RECURRANCE?
Does anyone have experience receiving a total of 2 or more PSMA PETs to confirm PSA recurrance as evidence of the rate of prostate cancer metastisis prior to a second treatment decision to consent to additional treatment options, beyond prostatectomy, namely, hormonal treatment ( ADT) or

Tagrisso vs Erlotinib
Hi All, Dad had results of liquid biopsy and EGFR positive, Oncologist has recommended Erlotinib ( NHS treatment). We understand that his diagnosis T4 N2 M0 is non curative but trying to balance quality of life and length; chemo and a standard biopsy were deemed not tolerable for my 89 yr old dad. Silly

Another exciting installment in the further adventures of a slightly scared intrepid bypass owner.
Well things are still happening, not quite in the order originally expected. A appointment to see Mr A on Tuesday the 25 to explain things.I thought that I was going to have started my chemo and radiation therapy by now,but on the phone Mr A has told me that the is a slight delay in the histology results

I am having some very uncomfortable belly pains from the top of my stomach to the bottom. They took out fluids (4.8L) a week ago yesterday.

Hi, My father was diagnosed with neuroendocrine in the liver mets. After 6 rounds of doxitacel, enzulamite and degarelix. The doctor has said chemo + immunotherapy. And given us 9-12 months. Is that really it ?

Recurrence with shockingly high CA-125
I am beyond despondent. I am in Canada and I feel so down right now. I need a lot of support because I need someone who can encourage me or who has examples of success. I have a few other posts but I didn't update them yet. Don't have much energy to do so. I am having a recurrence. It has returned
