Poorly defined adenocarcenoma in bladder advice please.
About 1cm in June 2023, it has grown to about an inch last January, so I was advised then to start
chemotherapy
which I’m still on and which seems to be holding it in check. I continue to get a splash of red when I pee half the time.

Metathesized Breast Cancer after 28 years
I was treated with a double mastectomy, hormonal therapy, and
chemotherapy
. I had no radiation. Now, in 2024, I have a metathesized breast cancer primarily in the bones with foci in my lungs, and thickening in my pleura.

Better chemo administration technique, takes into account each individual patient
could have very different heights and weights, could have very different muscle masses or genetics, but as long as the height and the weight plugged into this equation give the same body surface area, their dose is identical,” https://news.mit.edu/2024/closed-loop-drug-delivery-system-could-improve-

PSA went up after three treatments of chemotherapy
does it make sense to take another
chemotherapy
treatment since the PSA has risen after the 3rd treatment? The
chemotherapy
treatment is supposed to take place tomorrow morning Thank you in advance for your responses

Hydroxycarbamide
I have asked Doc Google who says this can be caused by long term
chemotherapy
medication. Has everyone had this issue and if so how did you deal with the issue Thanks Yvonne

Feasibility of someone from out of USA joining a clinical trial in USA?
His six doses of
Chemotherapy
(carboplatin + etoposide) that ended seven weeks earlier. My understanding is that
chemotherapy
is the established regimen for High Grade NE Cancer/SCC. Are there significant benefits of joining clinical trials after
chemotherapy
for SCC?

efudex ( fluorouracil 5)
From what I read, it is a topical
chemotherapy
. It causes redness, facial peeling and supposedly will ultimately prevent future moh's surgery. Are there any contraindications to those with CLL?

I had a radical hysterectomy in March which confirmed cancer and I am now undergoing
chemotherapy
. I'd love to help others identify symptoms and get them checked out but also help others going through what I am by sharing my experience. Thank-you for your time.

Hypo or Hyper thyroid
I had
chemotherapy
in 2021 and while on the chemo I developed a goita and hyperthyroidism. I am convinced something other than hyperthyroidism is causing my thyroid levels to go high. Could I be right or do the blood tests tell the correct diagnosis

Kindly suggest the most appropriate next steps and questions for MO!
The uro-onco has suggested either
chemotherapy
(docetaxel) or radiation to the three new Mets. We are meeting MO to further discuss next steps and also planning to add dendritic cell therapy in the list of therapies to follow.

I’ve had brachytherapy,
chemotherapy
, hormone therapy, cyber knife, immunotherapy, more
chemotherapy
, now taking Everolimus and letrozole. I’ve always felt that this was a chronic disease after the medications stopped working onto the next regimen.

Any reassurance/hope please
The plan was three rounds of
chemotherapy
then surgery, then three more
chemotherapy
. I had three rounds of three weekly paclotaxyl and carboplatin (excuse the spelling) then a CT scan. On Wednesday this week I was given the results that the cancer had got worse.

Stage 4 lung cancer - treatment
Upon discharge from hospital he was told they would reduce the strength of the
chemotherapy
to see if he could tolerate this better. However, at his appointment they said they had stopped the
chemotherapy
and said he could only have immunology.

Tumor Markers Trodelvy
Internet says “
Chemotherapy
treatment can cause a temporary increase in tumour marker levels. This happens because
chemotherapy
causes cancer cells to die quickly and release large amounts of the tumour marker.” Im freaking out.

I have lost more in the last month than I did during the entire time getting
chemotherapy
. I am currently only on Lupron and checking my PSA every four weeks before I start pluvicto.

advice please!
I hope to start
chemotherapy
in the next month. But with my current health I don’t know if I will be able to handle it. I sleep 20 hours a day and have pain as soon as I stand up as the pressure on my bones. I will also have a castration surgery to stop the testosterone from fueling the cancer.
