Any enzalutamide for chemo?
Tall Allen recently posted about a trial in which taking enzalutamide during docetaxel
chemotherapy
might help get the PSA down. Abiraterone failed for me recently and I’m re-challenging with docetaxel. I’m based in the UK, and NHS protocol doesn’t allow this.

Does anyone have raised blood sugar levels as a result of taking steroids for
chemotherapy
? My doctor has increased my medication but my levels are still high. I wondered whether there's anything else that might help eg a particular diet. Thanks.

No benefit of chemo for ER+HER2- invasive lobular beyond estrogen therapy
Here is the author's conclusion: The authors “observed no evidence for added value of
chemotherapy
” for ER-positive, HER2-negative invasive lobular carcinoma who received endocrine therapy.

Metathesized Breast Cancer after 28 years
I was treated with a double mastectomy, hormonal therapy, and
chemotherapy
. I had no radiation. Now, in 2024, I have a metathesized breast cancer primarily in the bones with foci in my lungs, and thickening in my pleura.

Of course, I haven't been to a hygienist in ages as still having
chemotherapy
. I know this is a cosmetic thing but it is really getting me down. Any suggestions as to how I could improve them till I can go to a hygienist?

Starting Chemo in May via trial
This trial stage is mostly to test feasability or delivering immunotherapy along with
chemotherapy
. Is anyone familiar with, or perhaps a patient, of this study that can share any thoughts?
