Can anyone offer suggestions?
I have had GAD for many years, since a child. I am a senior now. Yes, I have tried everything. For a while I did lead a normal life while taking paxil then it quit and I am daily battly anxiety at some point. What I would like to know is: does anyone wake each morning with horrible nausea (no vomiting

Continued Journey
I’ve had the Bone Marrow Transplant!!! That was actually the easiest part. 5 hours of fluids leading up to the BMT and the previous 5 days of chemo infusions (day5 was the worst) were much harder. Chemo: Fladarabine -6 thru-2 with addition of Melphalan on day-2. When you start treatment (chemo) for

Looking for Hope
My dad had his second Pluvicto treatment yesterday. His PSA is still rising. The doctor at University of Chicago is not happy with his bloodwork. He may try something else. Before Pluvicto he had Docetaxel and his PSA rose right after he stopped chemo. He also had target radiation that did nothing either

Icing Down for Chemo
These folks have a great system for icing down while doing chemo. They have two circuits for your hands and two for your feet. Way better than using ice or similar. For extra they can add an additional circuit for your scalp if you give them enough time to do a special configuration. "This would

Update on FIL -Venetoclax as a Monotherapy, Pancytopenia and Myelodysplasia
Hi everyone I have been meaning to post an update for months but things have been changing so rapidly, every day would have been a different story. So we did get to see a specialist who did a BM biopsy and recommended Venetoclax as a Monotherapy as his BM was 50% CLL. We were told it wasn't chemo

Hello I have not posted for a while but I wondered if any had any thoughts to help me with my dilemma. I have had 18 rounds of chemo and rucaparib all of which have been successful for a while. I also had surgery in 2020 when I was diagnosed. My last lot of single carbo chemo have me a stable few months

Xtandi did not work.
Hi all, I'm new to this board but would love some feedback. My father, 80, has been dealing with prostate cancer for a few years. He had initially had radiation plus Lupron injections. His PSA started rising again a few years ago and he wound up on Lupron regularly. His PSA has been slowly rising

Low platelets advice
Hi all, Mum has just had her 4th cycle of chemo but her platelets have been at their lowest so far and a little concerned. Chemo was delayed by almost a week as initial blood tests showed platelets at 48. They got back up to 112 so was safe to have the chemo, but I’m wondering if they will continue

Anyone willing to share experiences with Docetaxel? Good, Bad, and Ugly. Any recommendations or advice to help with side effects etc. My husband is in year 7… He has been on the traditional SOC with ADT… Lupron, Firmagon, Nubequa, and lastly Zytiga. All have ceased working. His PSA has risen to

Very promising: PIP Polyspecific Integrin-Binding Peptide, a novel and very flexible platform
Basically, they have developed a technology that can simultaneously bind to different "proteins" expressed by cancers. This means a wider specificity. One cancer mutation could express for example KRAS 12C and another KRAS 12D (just an example using terms and mutation I know!) and the chemo drug would

Finished my second treatment last week. My PSA went from 10 to22 after the first round. Today after the second round it dropped to 15. Anyone else have a jump after the first treatment and then continued to decline for the remaining treatments. I have failed chemo and xtanti and have read that

Lymph Node Irradiation for a Potential Cure
I have read that some men have been cured from earlier posts that I have read. Currently I have been on abiraterone and Lupron for 21 months. I only had one docetaxel, before catching pneumonia, so chemo was halted by my oncologist, stating the chemo would kill me before the cancer. The one chemo
