Champix
and my quit date is the 3rd May. I am determined to be smoke free this year. I want to be able to say at Christmas I did it. Any one got any tips on how to beat this?

Finally did it after 4 tries!
Champix
helped for the first 2 months to take the edge off and I also did some meditation. After completing the 2 months of
Champix
I am away to the races.

Anti-smoking drug
I'm considering asking my GP for a prescription for
Champix
to help me stop smoking. Does anyone know anything about this drug, whether it worsens RLS or might interfere with the action of the opiates I use to combat it?

Hi Lovely People :)
I have allergic reactions to the patches so was advised
Champix
can be the catalyst I am after. I am concerned about the side effects. I am normally stress free, healthy (besides the smoking!) and in good command of my mental state.

Champix does it work?
I've just had a chat with my GP and she has suggested trying
Champix
. Has anyone ever used them and stopped? At this stage i'd try anything.

Newbie Intro (Fighting smoking and dehydration while in chronic pain)
140 characters are inadequate for my intro. I’m very dehydrated — prefer Cokes over water but am working with myself to overcome this. I am taking Chantix to stop smoking. I did well and was smoke-free for a couple of weeks, but receiving the COVID-19 vaccine stressed me out too much. So, I must

CHAMPIX AND RLS
Hi guys, has anyone on this site used
Champix
as an aid to help give up smoking. If so, did you notice any change with your RLS.

Best tips?
So I’m stopping smoking in a week, I’m trying these tablets called
champix
and I’m on my 3rd day so far. Apparently on the second week they start to kick in and makes you feel abit nauseous when around tobacco, don’t know if that would be helpful for anyone.

Champix
Not sure if this is the right sight for my question but am wondering if anyone had tried
Champix
(Varenicline) to give up smkking. I did 19 months ago and had a bad experience. 19 months later and still struggling to get my life back. Even counselling has not helped.

8 Year Anniversary 😀
I quit using
Champix
which while it didn't take away the cravings completely did take the edge off it. All the best to anyone quitting.
