I am preparing for my next FET by using low dose gonal f to stimulate a follicle and produce natural oestrogen. I’ve had a history of thin lining and want to try to improve it.
I was going to try the castor oil pack however I read somewhere that you can’t use it during stims. Does anyone know if it’s ok?
Thanks xxx

Hope you get some replies to your post Do not know much about the benefits of using them - could maybe check with your clinic re the timings Other ways to increase thin lining are to increase physical activity such as a brisk daily walk .Try some raspberry tea and fertility massage - external massage to abdominal muscles Healthy diet -fish ,lean meat and green leafy veg
Hi Daisy-Delilah so I understood you shouldn't use castor oil packs during stims. I've taken my advice from this American pregnancy lady: aimeeraupp.com/get-pregnant... and she tells you when to use, benefits, etc etc
