Hi everyone, I have a persistent thinnish lining (around 6 to 7mm) after an episode of abnormal bleeding between periods (turned out to be silent endo and a polyp that did not show up on ultrasound). Before that, 11mm was my average. After failing a recent FET, my doctor decided to monitor my lining without meds, and it grew to 6-7mm on its own. So with or without all that progynova and patches, the lining grew to 6-7mm. So for the next transfer we are planning to try a natural modified FET without the estrogen meds, but adding viagra along with aspirin to boost blood flow to see if we can push the lining to 8mm.
I was hoping if anyone can share any non-medical tips to help the lining even further? I've already done raspberry tea and castor oil packing. Will be adding vitamin e (800IU) and L arginine (6g) as well. Any more foods or supplements I could possibly take? Thank you!

Hi, yes I've also been doing weekly acupuncture for the last 2 years! How does the beetroot and melon (what type of melon) shot work? Does your daughter juice them?
Hi, she just used cooked beetroot, water melon and a bit of ginger and had it every day before egg collection and I believe for the tww also as it can help with implantation, if you google it there are various studies on it. X
Good luck with next cycle of treatment Make sure diet includes protein rich food such as fish, red meat and dairy products Also take part in regular moderate exercise ie brisk walk , yoga classes ,easy bike rides to help increase blood flow to your womb Acupuncture is also thought to help improve circulation
Hello! I get mine from iHerb.com. I’m taking the one recommended in the “It starts with the egg” book - Life extension L- arginine. You have to take 8 pills divided into 4 doses per day to meet the 6g.
