Everyday Health Anxiety
My thoughts everyday are that I’m going to have a heart attack, stroke,
cardiac
arrest
, faint, drop dead. It’s all I think about and can’t change it. It’s like I’m convinced it will happen each day. I seem to be fine at night, but the days are awful unless I’m occupied with work.

He had
cardiac
arrest
3 weeks ago. Right now they are trying to wake him up. He opens his eyes but has no focus and doesn't respond to commands. They been trying for 2 weeks now and today they told us he had uneven pupils.. so they will do brain tests to see whats going on.

Bleeding and Pregnant
Hello Everyone, This week has been hell for me. I have finally worked up the strength to come on here and update everyone on my pregnancy progress. On Monday I had some red bleeding and mostly brown discharge at 5 weeks pregnant. I was so worried and assumed the worst. It’s been a week of real pain.

After a sudden
cardiac
arrest
on 6 May, I had my ICD fitted on Monday this week and came home on Tuesday. I'm doing really well but have a few concerns!! before this incident I was a really active and fit 52 year old woman. I loved my weight training and also ran and did yoga.

Next 24 hours critical
Doctor told us she went into
cardiac
arrest
this morning but they were able to shock the heart back into rhythm. She has multiple organ failure and her crp markers are above 500. We’ve also been told the words we have been dreading “prepare for one family member to come in”.

7 weeks after cardiac arrest..confusion
Hi, Today marks the 7th week for my mom in the hospital after her
cardiac
arrest
. It was estimated that she was found a minute after her collapse and CPR was initiated by family members until the paramedics arrived 5 minutes after to resuscitate and stabilise her over a course of 17 minutes.

Gauchers discease
My partner died in November aged 39 after a
cardiac
arrest
which caused severe brain damage. Yes he was an alcoholic and had cirrhosis but he was so young. I was looking through his medical letters and following a blood test there was a mention of gauchers.

What are your thoughts about bed rest during 2WW
Hi everyone! I had my transfer yesterday and had today off today. I am debating with myself whether to return to work on Monday (bearing in mind it can be busy and sometimes carry heavy items) or whether to stay at home. I know the title says bed rest but more lying on the sofa watching Netflix is
