Here's the NHS advice on the subject. The group in the extremely vulnerable group have conditions that would put them at the greatest risk if they were to contract Covid-19.

Thank you for your response. I have read all of them from NHS stuff & the like..that's my question mainly, 'why they did not include 'hypertension' as a health risk? What are their basis of not including it?
Blood Pressure UK estimates there are 16 million people in the UK with hypertension, up to 5 million of those not knowing they have hypertension. Perhaps hypertension on it's own, without any other medical conditions would not be classed as high risk, otherwise 1/3 of all adults in the UK would be in the high risk category.
I suggest you ask your GP for his/her comments
