so scared
My husband, 60, just got an MRI report that stated aggressive metastatic prostate
carcinoma
>15 that spread to bladder and anus walls. We have an appointment with the urologist in 3 days. This feels so hopeless. Symptoms have been difficulty urinating mostly. PSA ranging 5-7 over the past month.

Lots of bad stuff happening, what to do?
Yesterday I had Mohs skin cancer surgery on my nose for a basal call
carcinoma
. It's hideous and sore but my reason for jumping on was that I'm wanting to get off of the Hydrea because I'm certain in my mind that it started my skin cancer & I'm afraid of melanoma or even another basal cell!!

Adenocarcinoma / Ductal Carcinoma PC
We just found out my 86 yr old father's "bladder cancer" biopsy is actually ductal
carcinoma
. The tumor was on the urethra, and has been bleeding since August 2022. His PSA was 4.2, which was the same psa I had when I was diagnosed. However, I have adenocarcinoma.

BCG Finished - CT SCAN - UPDATE.
However my BC it seems is no longer in "
carcinoma
in situ" as it's spread not into the muscle but into the lining. So it is metastatic.... I hope this BCG has halted that. probably wishful thinking but just maybe.

Evidence that lidocaine (a local anaesthetic) has anti cancer properties

health insurance
I then had to tell them that my doctor thinks I have a basal cell
carcinoma
on my head and is referring me to the hospital ( may take 6 months she says) but I’m intending to pay for a private consultation to speed it up.

Looking for a Surgeon with Specific Skills
In 2016, I was diagnosed with
Carcinoma
in Situ in the bladder. I’ve had multiple rounds of BCG, and I’m now heading towards a radical cystectomy. My urologist is nervous about the risk of damage to the rectum, because the prostate is “sticky” after the brachytherapy.

Update after RALP ---- Need advice
In addition the pattern 4 is now found to be of type cribriform and Intraductive
carcinoma
presence. (high aggressive and adverse outcomes, metastases and survival) As I understand the treatment options for 3+4 and 4+3 are not identical and different. So the question now is what to do?

CLL, skincancer and is this the end?
The latest cutaneous squamous cell
carcinoma
has been removed but one lymph node has cancer cells. I hope he will survive this.

BLA for Subcutaneous Nivolumab Accepted by the FDA for Advanced/Metastatic Solid Tumors
subcutaneous nivolumab demonstrated noninferiority in the trial’s coprimary end points of time-averaged serum concentration over 28 days (Cavgd28) and trough serum at steady state (Cminss) vs intravenous (IV) nivolumab compared with IV nivolumab in patients with advanced or metastatic clear cell renal cell

Biopsy results
He said that there had been 3 infections that they got rid of with the antibiotics but the fourth spot on my right lung is small cell
carcinoma
. He told me it's treatable and I have an appointment next week on Tuesday at a cancer center.

Sudden MTX intolerance
I recently was treated for a basal cell
carcinoma
, so had to stop taking MTX for a short while (I got an infection). Since I’ve been back on it, I am struggling so much to take it. I find the tiny tablets get stuck in my throat, and I feel so nauseous soon after taking it.

Low Grade Serous carcinoma
Hello I have just joined and I am newly diagnosed with Low Grade Serous. I wanted to hear stories of people that have not had any reoccurence for long periods of time. I am looking for some positive feed back as I only know people have early recurrence. Thank you
