Partner newly diagnosed with TPLL.
My partner was diagnosed in March this year and has started a course of
Campath
treatment. As it’s a rare form of Leukaemia I was wondering if there are any other partners out there who may be further down the line than us that would be happy to share experiences Thank you Karen xx

TPLL - Experience with venetoclax/similar treatment
His first line of treatment was
campath
by which he received good varying lengths of remission from each of the courses he received over the years until this year, when the
campath
did not achieve the same positive result we previously experienced (only minimal wbc count reduction and not holding this

Hi Has anyone been treated with the above medication (I have given both names for it). If you have how was it?and did it work for you? I think I am running out of drug options/ combinations now, and platelets remain at 0. This is the doctors next plan but the hospital have only ever treated 3 people

Post-hospital questions
My husband was released from the hospital Friday after 2 weeks of IV treatment for fungal pneumonia, contracted (we think) during the 6 weeks of
Campath
injections to treat both the CLL and the rare anemia (PRCA).

Roferon/Rituximab/Campath anyone?
Looking for info about these drugs in the managment of systemic Behcet's with particular flaring of uveitis in eyes. Anyone had any joy with them? I have history of depression and psychological issues relating to steroid use and realise some of these drugs can trigger depression. Thanks, Guevara

The convoluted history of Campath and when side effects can be useful
Here's a fascinating article about off-label use of
Campath
(from Cambridge Pathology), a monoclonal antibody developed for CLL which was repackaged as Lemtrada, (also known as
Campath
-1H or alemtuzumab) for the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis.
