Is Hashimoto's possible without weight gain?
Having recently been diagnosed with autoimmune disorder/Hashimoto's, I have done a little reading and was curious as to whether it's possible to actually have Hashimoto's but with the total opposite of the weight gain symptom? I tick a lot of the boxes, but weight gain seems a very, very common - almost

Worsening breathing problems due to B12 deficiency?
Hi guys, I've been having a number of symptoms for the past 4-6 months which have increasingly become worse. Most notably, I've had gastritis-like symptoms, including bloating, wind, stomach discomfort and reflux, which often comes with a sort of 'lump in the throat'/tightness in my throat that comes

LCHF could be a boon for Diabetes if practised scientifically, but beginners may face a challenge if he is a vegetarian !
As a T2, You feel great with LCHF diet - thanks to this forum, you keep getting tips from the veterans to overcome the initial hurdles. It is a science - now getting recognised all over as a solution for obesity and diabetes. Once you undetstand the science and practice LCHF, you don't feel like

High B12/Folate, Twitching, Tingling, Tinnitus
Hi all, Recently had bloods done as I have symptoms that suggest B12 deficiency (the frequent, random, all-over muscle twitching is particularly annoying/worrisome). B12: 924 pg/mL Folate: 21.1 ng/mL I had 4 once-weekly B12 + B-complex injections back in June, and the twitching started around then

Gentle muscle building exercise, any tips?
My arms are pretty puny, I would like to build some muscles up. I am frightened I am wasting away. Small frame 5' 6", 118lbs. I keep to a low carb, high fibre diet with lots of protein. Feeling fragile and I don't want to be waving my arms around and getting sore for no purpose
