Ct scan, metal wire in chest
Hi all, I'm due to have a CT cardiac angiogram and CT cardiac cor artery
calcium
scoring in a few weeks. This is probably a silly question but will the metal wire in my chest from my bypass sternectomy (as well as a lot of metal in my dental work) be a problem?

Seeking Lactose advice please
I don't like yoghurt, but I need the
calcium
, and want to avoid taking
calcium
supplements. I did stop the yoghurt (but not the coffee)for 10 days.......but maybe that wasn't long enough. I don't want to try alternative milks/yoghurts that have
calcium
added.

Natural Bone Supplement?
I'm looking to start a good
calcium
supplement. Which type of
calcium
is best?
Calcium
from the sea like "algae" ? I've heard "citrate" is better absorbed as you get older..? Also want Vit. K, boron, Vit. D, magnesium. Does anyone have a brand that has been recommended to you? Thanks!

Pins and needles and tight calves
I’ve also seen that low
calcium
can cause these symptoms. My mind has gone into overtime. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms before and how do I test for low
calcium
? I’m going to mention this to my Endo and then speak to my GP. Thanks

Iodine
But I also have to take
calcium
because of low blood levels. I take seaweed
calcium
because I’ve read it’s better for bones (I have low bone density), but I’ve just noticed it contains iodine. And I’ve seen recently on another post here something about not taking iodine.

Has anyone tried this for rls and has this helped? Sorry, trying anything that's not addictive and has lots of side effects.

How much Calcium and Vitamins D & K is enough?
Hi, I was recently diagnosed with mild osteopenia and told by the physician to take
calcium
with Vitamin D supplements twice per day. A second physician said I should also take it with Vitamin K.
