Amazing feat !!

Hope you are all ok only this stormy day.

At the end of February, I visited a reflexologist as I was struggling with acute abdominal pain amongst other things. Having been to several others before over the years, I was surprised when she told me, your small intestine is inflamed and your vitamin B12 and calcium are low. Armed with this information, I went back to the GP for more blood tests - all normal except gluten. Fast forward 7 months, (and being pretty ill but put it down to coeliac/fibromyalgia) from a haematological point of view, my results only showed the B12 deficiency.

I’m pretty impressed by her feat with my feet!! 😆
