Xgeva & Calcium Question?
The oncologist nurse told me to take 1200mg of
calcium
a day while on Xgeva. She said it helps Xgeva work. In April my oncologist gave me my last quarterly Xgeva shot because he said I shouldn’t be on Xgeva more than 2 years. Do I still take the
calcium
supplements? If so, how much, how long?

Remedies for Parkinson's constipation
I am sensitive to acid, so I use
calcium
ascorbate. This is about 10 percent
calcium
by weight. The stool softener known as docusate sodium can also work for this purpose. I have recently noticed that consumption of MCT Oil has a lubricant effect. I use it in place of butter.

I am also considering a
Calcium

Bisoprolol
A cocktail of Bisoprolol and flecanide over some years gradually wore me down, enter Diltiazem, a
calcium
channel blocker, and the old me returned! Worth looking into. It might just suit.

I take my Levothyroxine 1st thing an hour before food but not sure which are suitable foods to eat for breakfast
Also, fibre &
calcium
carbonate if taken simultaneously with thyroid hormone, may also interfere with absorption of the hormone. I always leave an hour until breakfast but I’m struggling to know what is suitable to eat. I leave any iron rich foods till lunch. I’m gluten and dairy free.

Trying so hard to feel normal - overhauling the supplement plan
And, I swapped to
calcium
citrate with D3 because there's more chance of the body digesting that ok while I'm on omeprazole. I'm keen on trying to maintain bone health - I'm on decapeptyl for chemical menopause. The naughty one - I've added serrapeptase to try to help adhesions.

Looking for relief from itching that is keeping me up at night.
-My
Calcium
has recently been high normal. - I used to use Cetaphil 2X per day, but now use CeraVe. I just bought Sarna lotion today. Even 10% hydrocortisone cream does not calm down the itching right away.

Please help me with my latest blood results - confused and disappointed
I don't take iron or
calcium
supplements. I had all my vitamins checked approx 5-6 weeks ago and they all came back optimal/well within range except vitamin D which is why I'm supplementing. I've gone gluten free too around 6-7 weeks ago. As far as how I am feeling, it's hard to tell.
