Coronary vasospasm - palpitations at night
I was put on lots of medication including statins,
calcium
channel blocker, nitrates, aspirin etc. I had been doing well since February with no real symptoms but woke up last night with palpitations that lasted on and off for an hour or so.

Blood test results
I've been taking B12, Magnesium for the past few months and I'm also taking
calcium
(because of low PTH value). Can someone give me some hints regarding T3/T4 levels? Is the conversion rate ok?

Ectopic Snowball Effect
I would much prefer something less invasive such as an advanced XRAY, a CT without contrast, or a
calcium
scan. I'm 55 and have no family history of heart disease. Does it seem like they are being aggressive or just taking prudent steps? Thanks for any insight.

New to Alendronic Acid!
I think I may be here partly because I have avoided dairy products for a few years and haven't made sufficient effort to address the lack of
calcium
in my diet. I am sole carer for my disabled husband who has very poor mobility due to a spinal cord injury .

calcium
, garlic and tumeric. I have recently started taking a CoQ10 and D-ribose supplement with added L-Carnitine and a couple of herbal ones which have been approved by the pharmacist along with flaxseed mix.

I had a UTI 3-4 times a year. Since I stopped taking it, I have not had a uti in 1&1/2 years.

Also is it ok to eat dairy/drink a flat white coffee 2 hours after Levo ingestion?? I’ve been doing this but when

I know something has got to be causing my body to not absorb
calcium
. I have seen studies that show that after the age of 50, you lose a lot of the stomach acid needed to break down foods and such.

Calcium supplement recommendations
Looking for recommendations for a
calcium
supplement that I do not need to take more than 4 pills for and is not crazy expensive. Or a combo of supplements that would work well together. I am 59 years old and have Osteoporosis in hip and spine. I am presently not taking any medication. Thanks!
