Being in range doesn't mean that your levels are optimal for you. If you post your results, along with their reference ranges which are important as they vary from lab to lab, members will be happy to comment.
Have you had a recent blood test{? If not I would suggest you have a Full Thyroid Blood Test. GP might not do all, but ask anyway. If not you might have to get a home private test and I'll give you a link to the labs anyway. Make sure arms/hands are warm when you draw blood.
Allow a gap of 24 hours between last dose of thyroid hormones and the test and take afterwards:-
Request TSH, T4, T3, Free T4, Free T3 and thyroid antibodies.
B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate.
Put your results onto a new post for responses.
Alopecia Areata is another autoimmune condition and I have that too.
Once we have one autoimmune condition we're apt to get more. There's not a lot can be done for this and I have had to buy a wig due to alopecia.
If you post recent thyroid hormone test results complete with ranges (numbers in brackets) members will comment. Also any nutrient/iron test results because supplementing a combo isn't always enough to address individual deficiencies.
