Help with Lab results please!

I have no Thyroid, had RAI 45 years aver told why,Been on Levothyroxine ever since.GP always refuses to

test anything except TSH, bur an enlightened Hospital consultant

(Respiratory!) agreed to do a scan, can anyone tell me about my results

below please? Last TSH (done by GP )when on 125mcg was 0.01 reported

as "overmedicated" so Levo reduced t 100mcg and below are latest

results fromthe Hospital Lab

TSH 20.3 ( I think they measure differently from my GP)

Free T3 - 0.06

B12-488

Foate=5.9

Calcium (vit D??)=2.39

Ferratin -143

So if anyone can help to make sense of this I woud be so grateful!

Without the units these are measured in it is hard to give you any opinion,sorry!

On your blood test sheet it normally gives the reference ranges for that lab, so the results look something like this:

Calcium (serum) (8.6-10.3 mg/dL)

Calcium (ionized) (4.4-5.2 mg/dL)

The figures in brackets are the reference ranges, and if your result falls within this range it is ok.

Calcium is not the same as Vit D.

I think you've got both thyroid tests FST and T3 for under active thyroid. Look up NHS thyroid it'll give you a lot of info. And mine goes up and down bit which is normal. It varies between 150 to 125mcg over about 35 years. I think as we get older it changes too. Your GP will normally ( here at least )send bloods to the local hospital for measuring so its not likely to be a different measuring scale.
