I was diagnosed with coronary vasospasm in hospital following a cardiac arrest at home in January this year. I was put on lots of medication including statins, calcium channel blocker, nitrates, aspirin etc. I had been doing well since February with no real symptoms but woke up last night with palpitations that lasted on and off for an hour or so. I didnt have any pain at all - just a sense of unease and palpitations. Has anyone else had something similar - was this likely to be caused by spasms or just anxiety?

Hi Cartons,
I live with coronary vasospasms too.
I would get in contact with your Cardiologist about your palpitations at night.
Vasospasms can cause problems with the rhythm of your heart.
