Because of the injury I have been attentive to
calcium
, K, and vitamin D. My injury really impacted my sleep and anxiety, and I have found great help with both from melatonin. I am intrigued with the research that melatonin can be beneficial to bone growth.

Orgovyx vs. Lupron, (with Enzalutimide or Abiraterone).
I asked him about Orgovyx, as I do have some Coronary
Calcium
, and also have mild Hypertension. As a side note, next week I am starting 37 Rounds of Protons to the Prostate Bed and Lymph nodes, as we have found 1 node with mild uptake after 2 PSMA pet scans.

Help! Doctor has refused my Pred repeat request.
Is it because on my regular blood tests I have just been found to have excess parathyroid hormone (10.5) which I believe takes
calcium
from your bones and I have osteoporosis?

Do you think ivf treatment abroad is better and why?
We used IMSI+
Calcium
Ionophore + Time-Lapse incubation and imaging + Assisted zona hatching + PGT-A. Before we transferred our only blastocyst (euploid) we also did ERA, EMMA, ALICE, and NK cells. All tests were normal and everything looked great. Before transfer I also got intralipids.

Calcium absorption blockers
Unfortunately, I did find quite a few websites that say spinach, beans and whole grains block
calcium
absorption. In other words, if you eat dairy or take
calcium
pills, and then eat rice and beans an hour later, you've eaten the dairy/
calcium
pills for nothing.

just been prescribed AA & Adcal D3?
I have been taking my own vits etc, including omega oil and
calcium
& vitD since being on pred. what worries me is what I’ve read about AA on this site, sounds horrendous, and to top that absolutely no one , Rheumy or GP, has even so much as mentioned a DEXA scan ??

cancer, coronary artery disease... melatonin question
Our results supported that melatonin released
calcium
from the mitochondrial source that is known to play minor role in intracellular
calcium
homeostasis in platelets.

vitamin k2 thoughts ?
Hello Ladies and Gents There’s a lot of reading matter online about the claimed benefits of taking k2 to keep
calcium
from arteries and transporting it to bones where it should be. Does anyone have any info on any possible negative effects of k2 on heart patients on statins?

P-Afib from cancer treatment causes different part of heart to misfire.
Beta blockers were a disaster and made me exceedingly ill.....Once on a
calcium
channel blocker, Verapamil, things however settled down.

MRI all clear ‘normal’
ENT: yes it’s normal Me: my
calcium
has never been tested, the ultrasound said adenomas and nodules and masses. ENT: (squinting at records) no doesn’t look like
Calcium
has been tested. Your TSH has though, that’s normal.

Can low weight take a toll on Dexa results?
No underlying health reasons were found except extremely low D vit and
calcium
levels back in those days. But as time goes on I keep on reading about low weight-related wrong or slightly wrong DEXA results.

Severe Osteoporosis - Understanding the scan report and treatment
He said my choices were: Prolia once a month for 2 years (he does not recommend this) Forteo - daily injection for 2 years or Evenity - once a month for a year He also told me to start taking
calcium
and Vit D daily. Not very kind to my touchy GI. There was no mention of diet or exercise.
