Does anybody get severe cramps; legs, pectoral and feet?
I have experimented with Magnesium Oxide, Glycinate/Hylands Leg Cramps/Curcumin/Tonic water/
Calcium
and Potasium. The only thing that helps is drinking magnesium
citrate
power in water during a muscle cramp attack. I really wish I could find something to avoid them in the first place. Any ideas?

Calcium citrate
I can’t take calcium carbonate so take this instead but I’m having trouble finding it in a tablet/capsule size I can easily swallow. Citracal Petites are recommended but I can’t find anywhere that sells them in the UK that doesn’t have dreadful reviews on Trustpilot. Any recommendations?

Vitamin D and Magnesium
I've got low vitamin D and one of my symptoms is severe anxiety and panic attacks. Not sure if these are related. Someone suggested taking magnesium alongside vitamin D to help with the panic and anxiety. Has anyone had any luck with magnesium citrate helping with anxiety?

My mother was seriously ill, I was asked to sign a DNR, then my mother recovered, now I am able to focus on my own issues. Since my last post about my severe cramps, they seem to have subsided since introducing

Hello everyone, this is my first post, though I’ve been gleaning pearls of wisdom from this site for a couple of years, so thank you all! I’m a 60-year-old male. I’ve had chronic fatigue since 1988; tight forehead pain and a horrible “saturated brain” feeling since the late 1990s (brought on by reading

magnesium citrate
I have had PMR for 4 years. I’m down to 3mgs. My question is I have taken magnesium citrate off and on for excruciating leg night cramps but it doesn’t agree with my digestive system. What would you suggest as an alternative? Many thanks

Hi, this is my story
I broke my foot following a fall off a high kerb in August 2021 and should have been referred for a DEXA scan by the minor injuries unit who treated this, but wasn't until I asked my GP for one, following a tip off from a friend who knew that that is NHS guidance. Following the DEXA scan and recommendation
