Further advice please
Hi, I posted about a month ago regarding Vits K2 and D3 as I have decided not to have any more Alendronoc Acid or infusions. My scan shows some osteoporosis and some osteopenia. I have been on pred for 2.5 years (PMR) starting at 15mg and slowly reducing to 1mg and taking a daily chewable Adcal-D3.

Changing body and symptoms at 30 years old
Hello I'm new on here - just wanted to share my experience thus far, partly for myself but also for anyone who may have been through similar cascade of symptoms and dealing with a changing body. If anyone has tips or advice to share I would appreciate it too. Throughout my 20's I had noticed my period

Vitamin and Mineral Deficiency Testing Plus Thyroid Function
Having now completed my six week loading dose of Vitamin D3 I am planning to test both that also my thyroid function on new reduced dose of T4. If I’m doing all this I wonder if there’s a specific vitamin/mineral test that I ought to invest in to see if I have any other deficiencies?

Life changing help... FINALLY!!!
This will be a longer post, so just stay with me... I’ve had anxiety related issues ever since I was a child. As I got into high school, my panic attacks (which I didn’t know what they were then... I just knew I was dying every single time) started to become very regular. At least three to four a week

Help with Blood test results and how to increase ferritin levels
Hi can I get help with my latest blood tests? I am currently taking 2 grain TR Man (previously 125mg levothyroxine). I don't feel too bad, however, ferritin low again, I have taken GP prescribed iron before but I can't seem to raise the level. Any suggestions on how to increase this number welcome

Any others taking Accrete D3 (vitamin D/calcium supplement) for osteoporosis
Gp prescribed Accrete alongside AA. Told me to start Accrete 2 weeks after starting AA, so I was not taking both at the same time - incase I had side effects. I had hives after taking AA and was told to stop taking AA for 2 wks but not told whether I should start taking the Accrete. Went and asked

I have been taking
Calcichew
D3
Forte since 2007 but my GP says this is O.K. I have many restless nights when the affected leg jumps involuntarily with the pain/discomfort starting from the ankle shoots up the whole leg over and over again. Has anyone experienced this?

Vitamin d
Hello. I have mild colitis and my main symptom is an overwhelming fatigue. My recent blood test shows my vitamin d level to be 41 despite taking calcichew tablets. Could that be the reason I feel so tired?

AF and Levothyroxine.....anyone?
Yesterday I saw my gp as for months now I've had the most awful cough, breathlessness and chest pain, in fact I sometimes worry that I ignore the chest pain too much and wouldn't acknowledge if it were serious! My 'flutters' with the AF are constant lately too. Anyway, my gp has said that maybe the
