Goodmorning everyone, a couple of weeks back I was put on digoxin due to a bout in hospital for Af,I'm finding I'm waking in the night and morning now will quite a rapid heartbeat ,its not erratic just quite fast ,to slow it down I have to use breathing exercises which usually helps, but at the time rather disconsertin, this seems to be happening more frequently since being put on digoxin 5weeks ago, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this ,thanks in advance .

Thanks so much for replying, have booked a app with doc,but ti be honest don't know if it's just a fast rate or palpitations aren't they very similar, it does slow after awhile but always seems to happen at night whilst lying down,do worry maybe the digoxin as very new to this med,but quite low dose 62.5 mg ,take care sue .
