I’ve been on 75 aspirin; bisoprolol 6.25mg daily; Ranolazine 375mg twice daily; and PRALUENT injections from when I had a stent fitted and my bp 145/78 pulse 58 which was great but my bp has gradually increased to 157/85 pulse 67 , I was on Allopurinol before stent was filled but I kept swelling up!!! I’m worried on what meds I could be given as I’ve also had episodes where my bp has dropped to 90/50 days have gone down as to below 90 I did my breathing exercises to bing back up took approx 25mins ,

I have nurse and Gp appointments, need hints on what to expect ?

can u monitor you B/P for a few days to try to identify when your B/P drops that low.. ..a 24 hr tape may be your best option to identify this. So ask if u can have one fitted.

Your condition is complicated as u have a lot to cope with and I’m sure medication wise it’s a juggling act. Do u have a specialist nurse involved in your care as they tend to be excellent. 🍀 with everything, hope they can sort things out for u.
