Breastfeeding/milk supply
I have a 11 week old baby who has not been gaining any weight (she is still at birth weight). She was breastfed, but as of today is now being given formula top ups. I had a partial tyhroidectomy and took 125mg Levothyroxine prior to pregnancy, which was upped to 150mg and is now back at 125. My concern

Not diagnosed with anything, just a few questions
I had been querying is calcium levels were an issue as I’m
breastfeeding
. He thinks unlikely. I forgot to mention I do notice my hands can be very red. I’m posting here as a few years ago when I was very bad with these symptoms, I did wonder if I can get secondary polycythaemia.

Breastfeeding - when should I give up trying?
I’ve been to a local
breastfeeding
group and my health visitor came over earlier but she couldn’t help today as baby was asleep. I’m trying to express to at least get some milk in her but I’m feeling really down about it...

Endometriosis scan?
I've never been particularly bothered by problem periods in the past and for the last 5 years I've barely had periods due to pregnancies and
breastfeeding
. I've always had ibs though. My periods restarted around 8 months ago and they are becoming unbearable to the point I dread getting them back.

Pregnancy Questions
What about
breastfeeding
? I have my rheumatologist end of April so I’m hoping to go with a list of questions about getting pregnant. I have a gynaecology follow up shortly after so hoping we can start trying in May if I get the green light. Any advice greatly received x

Recovery help advice?
I had severe sleep deprivation and abruptly quit
breastfeeding
on top of 4 years of infertility. My hormones my body literally gave up. I had no idea I was pushing my body over the edge but clearly I did. I’m home now after 9 days in the hospital. I’m pretty depressed.

#Tuesday Tips
Today's tip is:
If you are thinking about returning to work remember; - Employers have to offer
breastfeeding
mums a private space to express milk and somewhere to store it - Every parent has the right to request flexible working.

When or what was the point when you gained weight?
But doesn't
breastfeeding
help you shed pounds? Ha! Not for me. I was very hungry and ate all the wrong foods!

Soon to be mom
I really need answers from the epileptic moms out there, the questions I have are: - Do I have to worry about
breastfeeding
while on keppra? Will it have any affects on my baby?

Feeling like a rubbish mum for failing at breast feeding.
Throughout my pregnancy I knew I had wanted to try
breastfeeding
but the moment my daughter was born she was whisked away for a few hours as she had a very high temperature and her oxygen stats didn't match so she was treated with antibiotics for a suspected infection.

Excess hair worse after pregnancy (I'm new here)
Hello, my little girl is now 1 and I have therefore stopped
breastfeeding
and am back on Dianette (the pill) which used to help me massively with excess hair when I was younger. I've been on it two months and there are no signs of the excess hair improving.
