Food remedy for a baby

If a child of one year and 10months stop breastfeeding by her mother.And the child still finds it difficult to eat any food.He only drinks Rebina juice and most times yogurt.please what can be done for him to eat well.

You should really join a group about breastfeeding and infant feeding. This is a kidney group.

That said, the child should be weaned onto solid food slowly over weeks, formula milk can be used.

It may be an idea to talk to your GP about good nutrition and what to do next. Ribena for a a start shouldn't be given to under 3 years old due to it's high sugar and sweetener content. The sugar can cause dietary problems and the sweetener is a laxative.
