Reasons for depression.
I've always thought it's a fine line between anxiety and depression. Sometimes I'm hard put to distinguish between the two and if you asked me to describe the difference I might have to get back to you on that. I've always considered my tendency was towards anxiety and of the two I would find that the

Help with my nausea
I have been experiencing waves of nausea recently. Switched from letrozole to faslodex 9/2021. Seems to be a little worse in the past 30 days. I spoke with my oncologist whom says it’s just anxiety…….I am not sure about that as it comes randomly and at times that are not anxiety provoking situations.

For those on this treatment and experiencing hand foot syndrome, any advice on good/comfortable shoes to wear? My feet burn when walking and just hate to give it up. Thanks in advance.

Radiation and CLL?
I had my second lumpectomy last Friday. Had a reoccurrence after two years. Drs said I now need radiation to my left breast. They removed two more lymph nodes and they were clear for breast cancer but still showed up the CLL. I’m on W&W. Does this mean all lymph nodes if tested would show CLL? Would

Mammogram during Stage 4 metastatic ER+ HER2- cancer?
In 2018, I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer, and had surgery, radiation, and have since been on Faslodex and Ibrance, which work. I have CTs or Skeletals every six months. My gynecolgist thinks I should get a mammogram; my oncologist thinks it's not necessary but will schedule one. ???? Who

Osteonecrosis of jaw after tooth extraction while on Zometa
Has anyone had a tooth extraction while on Zometa? I know tooth extraction should be avoided due to risk of osteonecrosis of jaw, but I have had a filling and root canal in the wisdom tooth. If this fails then there will be no choice but to do an extraction and I am very scared of developing this rare

Moving onto Taxol
Well I am grateful to have had an entire year on Xeloda, longest success so far. All of my mets - lungs, bones...are clear. It's just my stupid liver which is perplexing because my liver blood work is normal. I would have fought harder against a change it if wasn't for the last 2 epically awful weeks

Anyone on Exemestane?
I am about to start exemestane and am looking for feedback. Is the Aromasin brand name better than the generics? I have tried anastrozole and letrozole--and anas caused extreme joint pain plus brain fog--and letrozole some tendonitis plus lots of brain fog and anger and paranoia issues. I am hoping

One year on Xeloda update
Just and advanced warning - there will be some whining here. No response required just putting it out there in case someone else needs this thread later. I have been on full dose (3 tabs 2 times a day 2 weeks on 1 week off) Xeloda for a year. It really hasn't been that bad until the last few months.

MBC Lesions in my spine
Had two Mri today one with and one without contrast. Not good. 3 months ago I only had a hot spot on my T12 and now it has grown to 0.8cm. And now I also have several lesions in my spine. I have to talk to my oncologist now about my radiation, hopefully it’s not off the table. I’ve been on Ibrance for
