Blood in stool one time - puzzled
Hi I had a "minor" blood-in-stool episode, and while the doctor advises that it may be a one off (no further visible symptoms) but is going to seek further advice, I wondered if anyone here has had a similar experience. This followed a spasm- attack late the previous night. I get these from time to time

I've had 4 doses of carboplatin - this knocked down my CA125 from 1190 to 90 after the third, don't know if its gone down again since my last infusion 10 days ago yet. The cancer was active in lymph nodes in the mesentery, pelvis and peritoneum; I had a CT scan after the third infusion which showed

Lots of blood in stool - LOTS
I’ll try keep it short, lots of blood with bowl movements to the point it will drip for 40 mins and has sometimes required 2 towels to stop the bleeding. I went to hospital to A&E and they said they can’t do anything as bleeding has stopped and I have piles which I was shocked about. This has been on

Very concerned I have colon cancer *GRAPHIC IMAGE*
Been having constipation issues for the past month and today I took a poop and there was blood in it. No blood when I wiped but this still is a red alarm for me... I am only 18 and I don't know how I even got colon cancer if it even is it. I have stomach pains here and there but it's nothing too serious

Mirena IUD levonorgestrel levels after 6 years?
Hi there, I decided to have the Mirena IUD fitted 6 years ago for the treatment of Endio and will now need this replaced. Does anyone know how the hormonal side of the Mirena works in terms of longevity. ie Should I expect any side effects when this is replaced as the level of levonorgestrel has lessened

Bulimia, laxatives and IBS also using finger to aid going toilet.
I have been stuck in a vicious cycle of binging and purging with my awful bulimia over the years, not taking in much nutrients and boozing a lot over the years. I’m changing things around as I’m tired mentally and physically of the eating disorder, and generally want to not cause my health to get to

Curcumin and Ibrutinib
On the advice of my naturopath I was taking Curcumin as a supplement while also taking Ibrutinib . After reading on this board about the possible interactions of these I stopped taking Curcumin. Are any of you currently taking it? This is a quote from an article on Sciencedirect. It prevents the progression

Hey guys, I started a blog around nine months ago on how I was killing SIBO to cure my Anxiety, IBS and Chronic Fatigue. I went for the full-on kill with herbs approach, and it backfired massively. My symptoms were horrible, my anxiety got worse, and a recent breath test showed I had no success with

Blood in stool and just a little clot
Ok it wasn't a lot of clots just one with bright red blood. A few days ago I noticed a lump in my anus and it's itchy and uncomfortable. Does hemorrhoids do this? I'm in no pain in my stomach and I don't feel tired. But I changed my diet, I fastened myself for a few days then eat a healthy meal. Could

Very worried
I’m 63, have been feeling very weak for about six weeks and feel better on and off, I have stomach cramps, looser quick stools and sometimes constipation. Two days ago I had terrible diarrhoea followed by a fairly large loss of mucous like blood in the toilet pan, I’ve just seen very tiny streak of blood

Glycerine suppository
After a severe bout of diarrhoea I was unable to go the toilet for the following 6 days. For the first timeI used a glycerine suppository which had almost immediate affect. As my IBS seems to be caused by anxiety about needing to use a toilet outside my home I wonder whether it would be a good idea

Is it even possible to develop colon cancer less than a year after undergoing a colonoscopy with no findings?
Good day, Logically, I personally do not believe that cancer can develop in the large bowel of a person who underwent a colonoscopy with no findings 10 months after the procedure, let alone a person who underwent a colonoscopy with no findings 10 months after the procedure who is in their thirties and
