Working with a leading naturopath

Hey guys, I started a blog around nine months ago on how I was killing SIBO to cure my Anxiety, IBS and Chronic Fatigue. I went for the full-on kill with herbs approach, and it backfired massively. My symptoms were horrible, my anxiety got worse, and a recent breath test showed I had no success with that approach at all...

So I started working with a leading naturopath to plug the holes in my knowledge and improve my learnings.

I am doing YouTube VIDEOS of what I learn along the way to help those of you who can't afford the cost of expensive naturopath and holistic healers. So you can learn what I am learning.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing I have learned so far is that we can't just go straight into killing the bacterial overgrowth. Our bodies are very toxic, and our digestive systems are not functioning correctly. There is a lot we must do before we try and kill the overgrown bacteria. Only then can we eliminate and heal.

This approach is not just the case for IBS (SIBO and Fungal infections) but all chronic conditions.

I've posted links to the videos in the comment section. Feel free to follow along and ask me anything along the way. I will answer what I can to help you in your healing journey.

I look forward to beating this with you!
