Hi, I am Miriade. I am having problems with high cholesterol, even with HDL very good. Need to stabilize.
Hello community, I have Multiple Sclerosis and take Aubagio, felling better. But I am not making regular meal for myself, most the time blender, and a lot of peanuts, butter and chocolate. All bad fat. I would like some incentive in preparation of fast, not expensive, nutritional food for myself. I made

New year new start
Happy New Year Everyone I ended up giving up on any form of control over Christmas when it came to food, mainly because I felt upset by the weight gain (it’s a catch 22) but I finally had a break through with my partner and we have both agreed to get healthy. We also signed up for tough mudder 5k in

My Mental Health Symptoms gone - Changed my way of eating
Please take a few minutes to read my Profile on healthunlocked, as it will explain what thyroid illness did to my mental health. I have had a horrendous physical illness for 36 years. It was diagnosed as Hypothyroidism, but in fact it turned out to be a long-winded named illness – Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis

Fasting 148, after fasting 248 and I’m not taking med for more than 3 years..
What will happen if I don’t take med for the rest of my life? With this blood sugar level in my body what are my chances of a healthy survival ? I haven’t got any medical problem or symptoms so far... can I continue this ?
