Neurogenic Hyperactive Bladder with MS . Has anyone ever been treated with Botox?
My urologist has suggested
Botox
injections. Has anyone ever had these? If so, did it help or did it make your your bladder unable to empty? Any advise? Thanks.

Saliva pump
The neurologist has referred John to a dr for
Botox
injections. I've been hassling for an early appointment but have now been told he has been referred to St George's in London. Goodness knows how long that will take so please could someone suggest a saliva pump I could buy. Xx

Botox?
We are presently waiting to see if the insurance will approve
Botox
for his hand and his eyelids. Has anyone else tried it? What were the results?

Polar Care Cube for migraine safe?
My wife suffers from migraines and headaches and finds that
Botox
, gel packs and BeKool pads help. We have a Breg Polar Care Cube from an injury she had a few years ago and I was wondering if the device would be safe to use for a migraine.

Treatment resistant pudendal neuralgia
At this point it does not respond to nerve blocks, trigger point Injections or
Botox
injections. Entrapment is an obvious concern. It has become clear that I need to search nationwide for the best doctors.

Migraine management
I'm currently on my fifteenth cycle of
Botox
treatment and I also have a nerve stimulator. I mention these facts just to indicate that I've tried just about everything. There have been dozens of prophylactics over the years, from Amitriptyline to Epilim, Gabapentin to Topiramate.

I have just been watching some of the lectures from the Oct 17 SRUK conference and the talk by Prof Peter Butler seemed to have some very positive data about the use of
Botox
reducing Raynauds attacks. Has anyone any experience of it?

Change Health Care to get Actemra?
I have had
botox
for neck problems that have been wonderful. I get reimbursed for seeing an osteopath monthly outside of Kaiser because Medicare said it should be a covered benefit.

NDP headache - Botox
Other than the usual lifestyle advice and suggested use of painkillers and preventative drugs the consultant recommended a course of
Botox
. Has anyone had
Botox
to treat NDP headache or indeed migraines? And if so what has been the outcome/experience? Also are there any issues we should be wary of?
