Pain after pt
Going to a pain medicine doctor on Friday see if I can get perhaps nerve medicine or and internal Valium and if that doesn't work I have to get
BOTOX
I guess....it's so scary because you don't know what's going to work and what's going to make it worse...

Botox and opioids new lease on life
About 6 weeks ago I had
Botox
in my thighs , above my knees and calves I NO longer have the debilitating afternoon and night pain in my legs . Which means I am not laid up with heat packs and can be out and about as I was house bound from 4 pm prior .

Thankful for you...
Except perhaps the toe dystonia, it got really bad - we just tried Dysport (
Botox
), and as a result, it’s a little better - I think - walking is a little better, but sadly he still cannot run. A part of me thinks if he could just run, he would get better.

The saga continues...hit a brick wall
The neurologist- who I have met twice - says it’s not GCA but migraines (all he did was a MRI - which I was already on prednisone for a while at that point) all he can do is offer drugs or
Botox
or refer me out (which I’m planning on) I have been so worried and couldn’t get into my primary until today

Botox
I just received information from someone that is dealing with a lot of leg issues and is wondering if
Botox
might help with her spasticity. I figured I would go here and ask everyone so I can let her know. I greatly appreciate everyone's help.

Hi all Has anyone had
Botox
to help with tear production? I’ve been reading it helps increase tear production and is really beneficial for people with sjogrens.

Surviving Achalasia
Finally, after years of surgeries, endoscopes,
Botox
injections, dilations, stints, medications and more, I had to have my esophagus completely removed. Yesterday, some of the tubes, staples and stitches from the surgery were removed. Although I still have the feeding tube, I feel good so far.

Botox
for incontinence issues Do any of you have experience with any of these treatments? Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you!

Has anyone had any success with urethral bulking injections for a leaky bladder?
Hi all, having a second round of
botox
injections into pubirectalis muscle for severe spasms and pain that pretty much covers severe pain in vagina, pelvis and most severely in bottom. First round of injections did help a bit but not in the desired area.

Botox in Pelvic Floor = Increased pain so far!
At my pt’s suggestion, I opted for
Botox
injections into my pelvic muscles to speed recovery. It’s been just over two weeks since the procedure and I feel my pain has actually increased! Like as bad as when I first started therapy. For what it’s worth, my pt does feel the muscles have relaxed.
