Has anyone had any success with urethral bulking injections for a leaky bladder?

Hi all, having a second round of botox injections into pubirectalis muscle for severe spasms and pain that pretty much covers severe pain in vagina, pelvis and most severely in bottom. First round of injections did help a bit but not in the desired area. Had recent examination with my urogyneacologist and colorectal consultants which have now identified the exact areas for botox. Examination also identified my bladder issues have got much worse and have agreed to try a cystoscopy and urethral bulking injections which Will be done at the same time. Due to complications I can only try non surgical procedeures. Few questions : having it done without anesthetic how painful is procedeure and has anyone had any long term success and benefits from having this done??.

I haven’t, but I do know that amphetamine type compounds may help eliminate these symptoms. I would think that vaso constrictor medications would possibly help. I am curious if these would help?

Thank you for your reply will talk to my specialist about your reccomendations. This is what is so good about these forum's we can share ideas and experiences that we wouldn't normally have access to. Thank you for your comments.

Hi , No but i have PTNS treatment that works i pie lesser have lesser bladderpain and lesser urge i think 1/3 of my problems are over . Its a little electric needle how stimulate your bladder nerve i put it in for half a hour each two weeks.
