W5 R2: time to get some running socks
I felt really good once I'd finished but concede that it's now time to buy some running socks as my poor feet are covered in
blisters
and strongly object to being used. W5R3 looks utterly terrifying!

SLE now think I've got Sceroderma - help my face is changing
Inside my mouth there's little red dots, look like blood
blisters
. I've been getting chest pain & constipation too. I am waiting to see the rheumy on 15th March but know it's sceloderma. I am so worried about getting more deep wrinkles at 34 and not being able to smile.

Attention ladies, this one's for you!!!!
If there is any question – or if you suffer
blisters
or injuries because of ill-fitting shoes – consult a podiatrist who specialises in treating runners. 8. An American study found that running women produce a less potent form of oestrogen than their sedentary counterparts.

Fed up with Methotrexate...want to stop taking it completely. Some advice please?!
effects of the mtx injections (tolerated 20mg weekly for about 5 years now) but have recently noticed that I'm suffering increased bouts of nausea (for days on end so much so that I can't eat, despite anti-sickness tablets and folic acid) and I have begun to get site reactions from injections, large red

Burning mouth
My lips also feel burnt and fizzy and sometimes look swollen with small raised
blisters
and my skin around my mouth feels irritated. It always gets worse when I feel unwell, which I do at the moment! It gets worse as the day goes on and is driving me mad.

Blisters?
Hair falling out- tiredness- a lot of weight gain, and now big spots/
blisters
! I know I shouldn't moan and groan, as there a lot of people who are a lot worse of than myself, but is this normal?? Would be very grateful for feedback x jo

Yay me!
I have overcome injury,
blisters
and the thought that I couldn't run. But I can and I have and I'm really proud of myself. (I've also proved my doubting Thomas of a boyfriend wrong which is nearly as satisfying!)

Things I want to do Xmas day
I want to pour over the thick tasty gravy.......without adding a couple of large
blisters
to my already painful hands. I want to wash the dishes myself....without the neighbours thinking I am starting up my own crockery playing band.

Finally, an appointment with a leading authority on Dermatitis Herpetiformis!
My husband has been on 50mg Dapsone for about 1 yr & a half, he still suffers lethargy, tiredness & in spite of being on a strict GF diet still has outbreaks of
blisters
from time to time. Dr Porter recommended halving the Dapsone to see how it goes.

Just getting going - braving a sports shop!
So I managed the first run, but changed to walking again half way through the second 60s - which sounds pathetic, but I do not want
blisters
or injuries! In the end I managed 4 1/2 of the eight 60s runs, which I was happy with, considering the new shoes.

Regarding swollen/ altered knuckles plus an observation about folic intake
Also wanted to add as a follow on to the folic question re my prescription review - I moved back down to one a week last week to see if the higher dose was making any difference now I'm on injectable MTX. 2 days after injecting I found I had two funny pimple-

Another strange question, can RA affect the skin?
Anyway since then ive been taking hydroxy,I went to a party last saturday, put on the war paint & the next day I was fine, put it on again last night (went to see dreamboats n petticoats, brilliant) & again alls well,so I reckon it must be the meds thats keeping the
blisters
at bay.

Week 9: Run 3...Graduation
If I repeated even just a simple positive thought (e.g I can do it) while running then it seemed to get me through the stiches, the shin pain, the
blisters
and the ‘I want to stop’. So it is important to believe that YES YOU CAN do it- no matter how hard week 5 seems :) . 2.

Roll on 3 more months and the joint pain and massive mouth ulcers (more like
blisters

Blisters!
As my speed / time is increasing with my running, I've started noticing what look like small
blisters
on the inside of my foot.
