Not had a problem with blisters myself, only ulcers. There IS a mouth wash u can buy over the counter that coats them so u can eat & drink more easily. Maybe helpful?

I used to get blisters and mouth ulcers a lot in the past but since taking Co-Enzyme Q10 (60mg daily dose recommended by dentists), for some time, they are now few and far between. When it occurs I put a small blob of aloe vera gel on it on going to bed. Then in the morning the ulcer or blister is usually gone (or better) ..though area may be sensitive for a couple of days, so reapply for 2-3 nights. I usually buy the Q10 online and sometimes use 100mg (when good price). Research has shown that Co-Enzyme Q10 also helps with fatigue. It has certainly made a difference to me, so am keeping up my daily dosage! I have recently read (online) that coconut oil is good for dental care and 'mouthy' problems - but have yet to try it. Hope you feel better soon. All good wishes xxx :)
