Upset stomach medication?

Hi all, currently in USA and I’ve had an upset stomach for about a week with on off rumbling tummy. I’m currently on Rivroxban, flecanide and bisoprolol. Is there any medication I can take or any I’m not allowed to take. Thinking something like Pepto bismol to help?

My GP gave me a script for Famotidine, marketed as Pepcid, in the States for occasional use for gut upset. Prescription strength was 40mg. OTC Pepcid comes in 20mg. tabs. It's effective in most cases and I prefer it to Omeprazole which has more side effects per the label

Always best to ask a pharmacist though I have been prescribed Pepto for occasional use and been told it is OK to use but I am only on apixaban (Eliquis)

I take chewable Tums which works well and causes no side effects with my other drugs.

I'm on Xarelto, digoxin and metoprolol. I'm reluctant to use any medications for an upset stomach but I've found that a strong cup of decaf peppermint tea usually works well.
